1. Returns
Custom Orders: As each item is made to your specific measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns on custom-made garments unless there is a manufacturing error or a defect in the workmanship.
Ready-made Garments: If you have purchased ready-made items from our store, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
2. Refunds
Defective or Incorrect Items: If there is a mistake in the garment you received (such as incorrect measurements, defects, or a wrong item), we will gladly offer a full refund or provide alterations at no extra cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with proof of the issue (photos, etc.), and we will resolve it promptly.
Non-Defective Returns: Refunds for ready-made garments will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the condition of the item and circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for ready-made garments within 7 days of purchase if the item is in new, unworn condition. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged.
4. Alterations
We provide free alterations for any custom-made items that do not meet the specifications you requested. If the garment needs adjustments due to measurement or design errors on our part, we will make these alterations free of charge.
